It looks like he's really trying to out-Nixon Nixon.

Tricky Dick had his Watergate 'plumbers', and now Tiny Mushroom Dick wants to appoint an actual plumber (Markwayne Mullin) to be his new head of Homeland Security after reassigning the Gnome to a position under the bus.
