Someone should go to the president and say that they found a language speaking course that can teach any language in three months. "So, Mr. President, do you have three months to live?"

That's one way to determine if he has a terminal illness.

One of those clips where you really have to watch the whole thing, because reading the most egregious quote in the rant doesn’t fully capture how 1) racist, and 2) cognitively impaired the president is.
