That term will start on January 20, 2029.

I’m sure there are a number of fine, experienced qualified candidates for AG who would be a good choice, but the important thing to remember, especially if you are focused on investigating and prosecuting the crimes of this administration, that it will be difficult if not impossible until the court is expanded and the current MAGA majority is neutralized.
