What the hell are we doing

This is absolutely insane. This has to fucking stop. Our military has shown their loyalty is only to their master and they will be coming for us next.

We are ruled by a bunch of warmongering, fascist pedophiles bent on bleeding this country dry of every resource for their profits.

Congress has ceded all their authority to him. All they can do is scream and complain and they have no power to do anything else.

Our government has fallen to the fascists.

I wish that were true but they just do not.
How do they enforce that? Do they have 50,000 gestapo (heavily armed ice agents) ready to die for their leader.

Do they have the most capable military in the world, that follows their orders to kill innocent people without hesitation?

They do not. They are literally no different than us. Actually worse than us. Most of Congress are in on it as well. They are a cult and their only loyalty is to their orange master.

the judiciary when they decide it does not serve them any longer to do so.

They control the Treasury--that gives them the power to collect taxes and the control over the government's bank accounts. They can ignore Congress' "power of the purse" if they so desire.

They control the law enforcement mechanisms, so they can ignore the courts if they want.

They control the military,

Congress and the judiciary are effectively paper tigers.

Two thousand years of Roman history should have taught us not to concentrate the actual control over these three powers in one branch of government, but here we are.

Intrigue and assassination were hallmarks of the Byzantine Empire.

In that sense, we are now very "Byzantine."

Mostly Libertarians, to be sure, but the likes of Thomas Massie and Rand Paul (who'd have thought I'd be supporting those guys?) are speaking out AGAINST this foolish and criminal war. Despite his irredeemable Christmas card a couple of years ago, I've developed a positive fondness for Massie as a gadfly, or perhaps a nail in Shitler's chair....

Sorry, the moment we finally realize they are not listening to us is the moment we can finally start talking about what is happening. I think we are all still working through the belief that the legislative of judicial branches can save us when there is zero evidence to support that.

All of the "power" is concentrated in the executive branch. Congress and the judiciary are really just paper tigers.

The Executive Branch actually controls the incoming taxes and the bank accounts--so if they so choose they can ignore the Congress' "power of the purse."

The Executive Branch actually enforces the rulings of the judiciary with actual federal agents, etc. The Judicial Branch has no real power to enforce anything.

The Executive Branch controls the military.

If you control the military, the ability to tax, and the bank accounts needed to buy what you need, you are the real "power" in society. Two thousand years of Roman history should have taught us not to concentrate all three of those powers into the same branch of government, but here we are.

of that. And if we don’t have free and fair elections, and win both the Senate and House this fall, likely never will. At least not in the next decade or longer. Maybe much, much longer. Hell, even then there likely would not be enough votes in the Senate to impeach before the 28 election.

Reality bites!

We have little power as individuals, now. They will do whatever they want domestically and globally.

We have seen that the US Pentagon and Military will do whatever the PedoPrez says. Not one concern about the constitution or the war powers act.

So, yes, the military will keep republicans in power .

at least 2 tanks pull right up to the Oval Office window and state an ultimatum; you have 5 minutes to evacuate the White House, or else. Anything short of that is a dereliction of duty.
