Because he wanted to run on immigration in 2024 and they for some inscrutable reason complied.

and they continue to claim this never happened. I send them links and references, but they refuse to believe it. How can you have a functioning government - much less a functioning society - where a significant chunk of the population denies basic facts (largely aided by the complicit media, of course)?

Totally reliable! "Q" figured it all out from Podesta's emails.

Willful ignorance is the absolute worst type of ignorance.

@$$*&%$# actually asked her about that - let it go after 20 years! And never once asked about their god-king, who was mentioned tens of thousands of times in the 2% of the Trumpstein files that were actually produced?

I've asked the same thing, when people say we have to find common ground with the opposition. Where is the common ground on the 2020 election? On J6? On science? When they admit that the 2020 election wasn't stolen, J6 was an insurrection of thugs trying to silence the voice of the majority of Americans, & climate change is real, then we have some common ground to start on, but until then they are so detached from reality they're a waste of time.

I feel for you. I have Maga relatives, too (I refuse to call them conservative), ones I was quite fond of when I was a kid.

your own experiences - as you so eloquently stated, there is no point trying to find common ground with folks whose minds are closed.

In his first term wasn't even part of the media 2024 narrative. Joe Biden was old, but Trump 1.0 was awful. Now Trump is just as old and even worse.

But all of the problems we’re facing now were the direct cause of Donald Trump. But he gets to blame everything and everyone else because MAGA turds control the narrative.

traveling all over Iraq looking for evidence of nuclear and any other WMD. So Bush kicks the inspectors out and invades Iraq under the pretense that there was evidence of WMD production. They never found an WMD.

US & Canadian authorities have begun evacuating non-emergency embassy personnel from Israel and advising their citizens to leave the country.

We've already spent at least $31 billion supporting Israel since 10/7 – and that was as of last September (see https://costsofwar.watson.brown.edu/sites/default/files/2025-10/Wider-Middle-East-Costs_Costs-of-War_Bilmes_10.7.25.pdf ).

Per Forbes, "the past month of keeping forces 'on station' in the southern Gulf has already cost the U.S. military on the order of $200 million. And if negotiations continue to drag on, the tally for the current, augmented presence will reach or exceed half-a-billion dollars by mid- to late March.

"But if battle with Iran is joined, the costs will become steeper still. Last year’s 'Operation Midnight Hammer,' as the 37-hour American campaign against Iran’s nuclear program was officially called, is estimated to have cost the U.S. government some $2.25 billion total. A new effort to further erode Iran’s nuclear and ballistic missile capabilities...would entail even greater expense." (https://www.forbes.com/sites/ilanberman/2026/02/26/the-dollars-and-cents-of-military-action-against-iran/ )

I've always found that even most MAGAts are concerned about the economics (the exceptions being those who profit from war via interests in the MIC or Wall St. speculation).
