The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold a full oversight hearing on immigration enforcement starting at 8 a.m. CT.
The first panel includes four Minnesota witnesses: Rep. Tom Emmer, Attorney General Keith Ellison, State Rep. Harry Niska, and the Minnesota Department of Corrections Commissioner Paul Schnell.
The second panel consists of federal witnesses, including the Commissioner of Customs and Border Protection, a senior official with ICE, and the Director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
