The guy appears to have a black mustache - like the son-in-law. He appears to be stocky - like the son-in-law. The FBI should be able to estimate his height and weight. One of the profilers said that the position of the gun at his waist implies that he’s not in law enforcement. Somebody should be able to recognize the guy’s clothing, backpack, gun, ski mask, and/or gait. For their sake, I hope it’s not someone in the family.
