Have the governor protect polling places with the National Guard? Not all states have Democratic governors.

Who is going to enforce this? Local police and/or state national guard? So will there be gun battles between them and the start of a new Civil War fought over state's rights to run elections? ICE and company have already shown they are willing to kill citizens who they deem "domestic terrorists." So they will welcome the idea of this thin pretext for engaging in mass body count events using the full might of the Federal government armed against them. I hope the Dem leadership has a plan for this.

It's amazing hearing Steve Bannon bragging that ICE will be around voting sites. He implies that somehow ICE agents will be able to tell just from looking who is voting legitimately and who isn't, or whether there is some shenanigans in the vote count. That this is how to prevent election fraud.

Or is he just admitting out loud that they are going to scare people of color away from voting, or even just a percentage of people in Blue states regardless of color? And is this what the MAGA base considers a free and fair election?
