These are all reasonable demands, some may say too reasonable. What I'm saying is that the demands I see should be non-negotiable.

Many of these demands, if not all, are already laws or past practices.

Would also like to see a demand that any time a Gestapo goon fires his weapon there must be an independent investigation.

I think they could have come up with more demands but this is a start, with that said,

Congressional Magats will not agree to these demands, so Schumer and Jeffries had better be prepared to stand strong and not give in on any of these demands.

DHS funding ends on Feb. 13th, the pressure is on Congressional Magats, DO NOT LET THEM OFF THE FUCKING HOOK. NO CAVING.

If Magats come up with a different funding bill they don't have the votes in the Senate to pass it if Schumer stays strong.

Every Senate Democrat needs to be on board to not pass the DHS funding Bill unless these demands are met.

Otherwise, they’re just opening bargaining positions.

This would only be a partial shutdown caused by Congressional Magats failing to agree with laws and practices that are already on the books.

Democrats certainly have a hill to die on for this partial shutdown.

and personnel to carry out the activities without abusing or killing people. The activities away from the border should be shut down until this is verified. It appears to me that some of these agents should be nowhere near this occupation. They are sociopaths.

Let him try to divert money which is supposed to be the Constitutional duty of Congress, not the president.

Abolish ICE totally and start all over. There cannot be a lot of compromise on this issue.

I see no problem with protesters waving ABOLISH ICE signs, but Congressional Democrats have to do this in a smart way, in a way that the majority of Americans agree with.

Democrats have a huge opportunity to rein in ICE right now. They need to make tough demands and stick by those demands or funding runs out for ICE in 8 days. Make Congressional Magats own the defunding of ICE.
