Well over 20% have been in their jobs for more than 5 years. If they participated in January 6th they would have been fired.

It seems a fanciful conclusion as much as we want to believe. I would think long term social repercussions would be getting doxed or having someone follow up after an action.

Quoting 80% is just . . . not acceptable!

But yes, ID and no masks will turn a lot off the job.

Relatives, spouses, kids, neighbours etc will be asking questions!

Not just that, they believe the people who oppose what they are doing would do violence to them.

They believe Trump's declarations that those opposed to his criminal regime are terrorists. Of course, it is all projection of their own bloodlust

It wouldn't surprise me that 80% fear being publicly identified. They would happily do violence to fellow Americans they despise. They assume those they despise would do violence to them.
