If Costco prevails I wonder how they will refund customers based on our purchase history of products with tariffs

for annual fee. It still pays for itself since I mainly shop Costco, but
I will bet there have been complaints.

SCOTUS will be deciding this issue shortlly. If it rules against the tariffs then they will get a refund.
Just sayin...

is tied to a physical person thru their membership, such that they know the person's address, phone, email, etc. I would bet that should they win, they'll leverage their membership/purchase database to kick down some of the compensation they receive (should they win) to their members/customers.
