Most likely enough to satisfy at least our legal system - ostensibly both military (which is most likely the one that counts) and civilian.

I guess we'll see whether the matter is taken up anywhere. Meantime - I think the post combat execution of survivors (be they either civilian or terrorist) - provides a much cleared and more defined case to be brought.
