I think (but don't know) that it's more than "makeup" the dark shading of the chin, etc.
I think he has some kind of tape or something, on his neck or behind his ears (public) look and at the golf club he doesn't bother with the make-up or "tape" if that's what it is, oh I also think he has some kind of "mouth piece" or something also? Perhaps one of the peeps at “The apprentice” with address this and tell us, what he does, b/c there is a Helluva difference!

… but the wife of a friend was a vain bitch and started wearing a weird elastic band thing that had tape on the ends and the elastic was hidden under her hair to pull her sagging neck tighter. Wouldn’t surprise me if he was using something like that—especially given all the Thanksgiving pictures comparing his neck with a turkey’s.
