is Vlad the Invader. He apparently has a lot of money so of course Donny Dumbass is in love with him.
It may take an overwhelming act of force to finally teach Vlad and the Russian people a lasting lesson on the consequences of their repeated acts of unprovoked aggression. Of course he's already hinted at the use of his nukes so maybe there's a workaround for that scenario. Russia needs to be rid of him and his gang of disciples so they can start over as a civilized nation--similar to Germany.
