And, to be honest, I don't like Beyonce's attempt at country music--but then, I am not much of a fan of country (at least commercial modern country) either.

To each their own. Enjoy whatever music you like. I'd rather have someone put a drill bit through my ear drums than be forced to listen to her "music". That's just me. TV goes on mute for halftime.

-As she actually has some range (sang at Obama's first inauguration ball a really nice rendition of Etta Jame's classic, "At Last."

But it is lost in most of what she has performed in recent years.
