from the sounds of it, getting even worse. So glad I left all those years ago. If the midterms fail to deliver, I’m moving on to British Columbia.

Nice work, Nebraska. Hating the immigrants who do your work and hating the country that buys your product really workin’ out great, isn't it.

Interesting.

In any case, you don't believe that shutting off the Chinese market for soybeans, regardless of how they are harvested, would hurt a soybean producing state?

Also interesting.

And, on edit, what is there in the OP that indicates the NE gov doesn't support Trump 100%?

I'm thinking you're approximately ofer this one.

but before the combines come into the field, the milk weed must be removed. I'm sure there are pesticides that can do it, but they leave residue on soybeans. Toxic residue.

So. what small soy bean farmers do is pay people to walk every row, just before combine time, and cut the milk weed down, usually with a hand machete. Do it about a week before the combine rolls through and your beans are not covered in roundup nor are they flavored by the milk weed being crushed by the combine.

I used to do this work as a high school student. Paid shit. Very hard work.

This year the soybeans are rotting in the field... almost NO shipments to China... and the storage facilities are filling up.
