It's all BS, these bogus plans do nothing but let Russia know that the US is not going to support Ukraine, Vlad, do what you wish.
Putin will never stop unless he sees he can't win in Ukraine, PERIOD.
The only way to stop the war is for the US to start supporting Ukraine, Krasnov isn't giving Ukraine shit. The only way to stop the war is for Krasnov to impose new sanctions on Russia - he will not.
People are wasting time calling these surrender plans, peace plans. Putin will not stop as long as the US has abandoned Ukraine.
