Rich people are spending. Everyone else is cutting corners.
If I was to hazard a scientific wild-assed guess (SWAG), I would say that this is the reason why the rich, wealthy parasites are the most protected class in the country right now. I attribute this to a failure to understand mathematics on the part of their loyal lickspittles in the Cult party. (The percentage of wealthy being fixed and static at all times).
