Krasnov Canceled The 3rd Quarter GDP Report

I guarantee you it was zero or near zero. Krasnov can only fudge the numbers for so long, Wall Street & Main Street will catch on.

Saying he canceled it because of the shutdown is a bogus reason, he needs called out for it, but he won't.

Our debt to GDP is 120%, in other words our government will have to take out loans to pay for the interest on our 38 trillion dollar debt.

Remember back when Republicans claimed they cared about the debt, now when there is an actual problem, crickets.

I’m guessing the GDP report must be pretty bad. Not that we can believe anything.

Except that instead of having his head in the sand, Trump has his head way up his ass.

I get the cynicism… but the initial estimates are too strong for it to be knocked down that much - particularly since the shutdown didn’t start until Q4 began. The GDPNOW estimate is actually over 4%

They also don’t cancel it… they bumped it back a couple weeks.

So perhaps the reality comes in well below expectations and he doesn’t want it to harm Black Friday shopping… but it can’t be negative

If there’s no GDP report, then there is no way to determine if the economy is in recession!

Hooray! Everything’s Fine!

That’s despite all the “DOGE savings” and the “tariff revenues.”

The debt increased $7.8 trillion during his first term. He’s on track to beat his own record.

Not really. It was just an excuse to cut programs for the needy.

Remember what Dick Cheney said...? No? Neither did he.

Oh, I see. Now he’s concerned about “the debt problem.” Remember that guy who declared “deficits don’t matter“? That was the old Dick Cheney. The new Dick Cheney wants President Obama to act faster to clean up the mess he and George W. Bush left behind.

For lack of a better word, this is … funny. Cheney pushed massive tax breaks for the wealthy, and didn’t even try to pay for them. He pushed for multiple wars, and didn’t even try to pay for them, either. He supported Medicare expansion and No Child Left Behind, and like the rest of his agenda, Cheney just threw the costs onto the national credit card, running up a bill for some future president to pay.

But now he’s worried about the deficit.

Let’s note a few details that Dick Cheney may not be aware of. For example, Cheney inherited a large surplus and turned it into a massive deficit. Cheney took a budget that was on track to eliminate the national debt altogether and instead added nearly $5 trillion to it in just eight years. The day Barack Obama took the oath of office, he found a $1.3 trillion deficit sitting on his desk — a little gift from Cheney and his team.
