Bill Maher REALLY MISSES THE POINT when it comes to Trump's "ballroom."
Maher says "We are America. They shouldn’t be having state dinners under a tent.”
The fucking ballroom is NOT ABOUT HAVING AN APPROPRIATE PLACE FOR "STATE DINNERS."
It's about TRUMP'S EGO. It's about Trump's attempt to make himself immortal by CARVING HIS FUCKING NAME INTO ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T HAVE A PULSE.
It's about the fact that his demolition of the East Wing to DO this is questionable in a LEGAL sense. IT'S NOT HIS FUCKING PROPERTY.
It's about NO MATTER HOW IT'S PAID FOR, it's going to STINK. Originally, Trump said he'd pay for it with some donor help. I think we can take his name out of the equation. And if DONORS pay for it, what are they going to want in return?
Because this is about having yet another Putin Palace or Saddam Hussein Whorehouse Nightmare.
Maher doesn't get it. And that's par for the course when it comes to Maher.
