A sitting US senator is facing a return to combat and a court martial for telling troops to follow the law.

I cannot see JAGs ruling in his favor, as they too swear an oath to uphold and defend the US Constitution, the Uniform Code of Military Justice, as well as defend the country against enemies foreign and domestic. They do not swear an oath to a President or any person over the country.

Hey can try to go after Sen. Mark Kelly, attempt to have him court martialed, then sentenced to prison, and punished. This is not who the country is.

He is showing that he can bring the full force of the US govt against anyone who crosses him.
Anyone who does the right thing or tells the truth about him.

If it goes any further than bluff, I think we’ll see a massive reply that makes the No Kings look like a picnic

but Sen. Kelly is not the type to be silenced because of threats and intimidation from toadies like Pedonald and Kegsbreath.

I used to type that over n over learning to type as a kid. This is the time for former and current leadership in the military and beyond to stand up and put an end to this rhetoric.. forcefully and in no uncertain terms. We are not going to put up with this 💩 any longer.
