Since the judge has ruled that Hackagain was illegally

appointed who makes the move to force her removal? Is it the Federal District Court or does it come from somewhere else? I fully understand that such a move might be put off until any appeals are completed but I was wondering what the procedure is for her removal if Crumb the 1st and "$25,000" Bondi don't voluntarily remove her.

Nobody's ever seen this sh*t before so no one knows what to do.

That's my guess.

I would think since the judge ruled her illegally installed would that force other case she was involved in during her time in office to be dismissed as well. I imagine defense lawyers are rushing to have these dismissed also.

These things just don't happen when the executive and legislative branches are functioning normally.
