Local PD and Sheriffs, on behalf of ICE/DHS, during the kidnapping, he is injected with some unknown sedative.

Isn't injecting someone like this illegal?

Was he speaking Spanish in the waiting room? Did staff call ICE on him? He doesn't look Hispanic to me. Unless they've been looking for this guy on a psych hold, I don't see how sticking a needle in his arm is legal.

What say you, lawyers among us?

Edit to add:

Technically Parents or guardians or partners can as well, for minors or incapacitated CONSENSUAL partnerships.
