I'm starting to notice a weird pattern with the orange asshole

It goes on in roughly 5 to 7 day cycles

We will see speak someplace and he will look like shit, slur he speech, ramble on about all his various imagine enemies, grievances, etc than disappear for days. Not to be seen in public for between 5-7 days.

Then poof he’s back talking to the press as if he just got a shot of adrenaline. Still saying stupid ass shit but a stark contrast to what he was like just a few days before.

There is something going on, what the fuck it is, I have no idea, but this pattern has been repeating itself for at least the last 3 months that I have noticed

the odd gait, the word slurs, the cankles. He rambles on incoherently. The weird way he leans forward. Stroke? Congestive heart failure? Something is wrong with him for sure. (Besides the obvious)

Yesterday

Kidney failure would explain the swollen ankles. Filter the toxins out of his blood temporarily and they gradually build back up over the next several days and addle his brain.

That is not the pattern Anal Fistula has been exhibiting. I believe it also puts a stress on kidneys and can only be sustained for a few years.

this pattern has been going on for some time. He starts looking so terrible that everyone thinks that is it, he is a goner. Then he bounces back looking much like his old, awful self. Now the intervals between public appearances are getting longer and longer with only tweets to show he's still alive.

Yeah, I think some kind of medical treatment and medication are involved.

He's been talking more about his own death more. Like, it's been reported that he said he wants to hang on because "he's got plans". I'd hate to know what those plans are. And then talking about going to heaven, Yada,yada, yada.

So it's on his mind.

Hoping we'll get the best Christmas wish ever or even better a thankfull Thanksgiving.

If so, probably Prostate or Colon.
Or maybe we are looking at zombie clone situation and they're just taking a week off every month replacing parts his handlers have been growing in petri dishes since 2020 when he went to Walter Reed for "Covid Treatment".
