I swear this administration is completely insane
Noem was asked her opinion about Bad Bunny doing the half time show and her response was this racist, xenophobic rambling nonsense:

Most of the top college programs are in maga/confederate states. Obviously there is a lot of crossover but the NFL is less popular in say, Alabama, or Mississippi, than it is in CA or NY.
