Who controls civilian access to GPS?

I've seen commentary which has alerted me to the fact that the global positioning system upon which so much of modern daily living depends is controlled by the United State Space Force.

And that civilian access to GPS is by permission of the United States Space Force.

Which means that civilian access to GPS is by permission of DJT.

Which means that GPS is something which Donald probably considers his toy.

And we can only imagine how exclusive Donald could choose to be with a cool toy like that.
