Is there a real reason to believe this account of the situation is accurate (i.e that's why she's not being sworn in) or are we just going off memes, at least for now?

James Yokeley is not a good example though. It's very obvious he was trying to run a scam (and a stupid one at that), if you read the facts of the case & there's no pedo evidence there
