Surveillance footage shows a masked agent pushing 79-year-old US citizen Rafie Ollah Shouhed to the ground after entering his car wash business in Los Angeles on 9 September. Video footage outside the car wash shows an agent apprehending an employee, and then Shouhed appears. Once again, the agent tackles him to the ground
