The judge assigned to the COMEY persecution was a BIDEN appointee

Agree with the threads that point out that whatever our beef with COMEY our focus must be on defending the process against KRASNOV's abuse. Adding, another KRASNOV abuse of undermining institutions, here where we used to think it didn’t matter who appointed them because they would act with integrity. Thank KRASNOV's mentor Roy COHN, who said the jury didn’t matter, "just tell me who the judge is."

Before his six-year stint as a magistrate judge, Nachmanoff spent more than a decade as a federal criminal defender, with his office representing high-profile clients such as Al Qaeda operative Zacarias Moussaoui and a group of Somali pirates apprehended in 2010 after an attack on a Navy frigate. ....

4. No wonder the felon's already attacking him. He'll lose his case on a motion of "prejudicial pre-trial publicity" alone

flimsy as the evidence is already. This Comey thing won't even make it to trial.
