Bruce Springsteen is right. There is a problem with the words used and the emotions they create.
For example, EVERY ad against the Dem nominee for governor is "Trans, Trans, trans"..."creepy men in little girls bathrooms".
Why, it's got to be the most important, dinner table issue in the Ole' Dominion.
There has been some pushback, but I would like to point out...THE FUCKING LEADER OF THEIR FUCKED-UP PARTY IS A PEDOPHILE RAPIST THAT OOOGLED LITTLE GIRLS WHILE DANCING LIKE A LECHER WITH A CONVICTED RAPIST WHO RAPED HUNDREDS OF LITTLE GIRLS.
Seems there could be a pretty fucking good negative ad in there somewhere.
Could we please at least try to put the fucking pedophile supporters on the defense for once?
There is no fucking doubt who the real threat to little girls is.
Every trans ad ought to be met with an ad highlighting that the Retrumplican Party supports a fucking pedophile!

(947 posts)ABC settled after Stephanopolis called him a rapist. Trump was found liable for sexual assault which is legally different than rape. So calling him a pedophile rapist would get whoever put out that ad sued into oblivion, and that's if anyone was willing to air it.
Going negative on Trump didn't work for Clinton and it didn't work for Harris. Nothing of what you've posted here about Trump being found guilty of sexual assault, of being an associate of Epstein, or stuff you didn't mention like the felony conviction, leading January 6th, being a bully etc has stuck to Trump in a way that has kneecapped his brand politically. Why would it work this time?

(9,559 posts)Why do Democrats continue to blame Democrats rather than lay the blame where it squarely belongs?
Was it Colbert's fault that CBS plans to silence him?
Was it Kimmel's fault that ABC silenced him?
Of course not -- it's the fault of our fascist friendly corporate media that had been fully exposed in the lead up to the last election and ever since.
