If people leave a bunch of crap on the court steps, isn't it garbage/litter? It wasn't official property of the court or something. It's litter... So they messed with garbage.

Two kids were arrested for knocking down a snowman built by two other kids in a public park.

Borrow a white van or pickup truck. Buy a roller cart, some cheap orange safety vests and white hard hats, drive to the site, and "reverently" place the objects in the cart. If anyone asks say you are relocating the memorial for safekeeping.

Load the objects into the truck or van and drive away, making sure nobody is following you.
