JD Vance Demands People Stop Using 'Nazi' As Insult And Gets Mocked

JD Vance’s past came to haunt him on Wednesday after he demanded Americans stop using the word “Nazi” as an insult.

During a rally in Concord, North Carolina, the vice president claimed that the shooting at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement location in Dallas earlier in the day was “politically motivated” and that Democratic rhetoric encourages violence against law enforcement.

However, authorities said the suspect didn’t shoot ICE agents; he killed an immigrant detainee and wounded two others before taking his own life.

Vance had a suggestion for how such tragedies could be prevented.

“If you want to stop political violence, stop telling your supporters that everyone who disagrees with you is a Nazi,” he said.

Examples of Republican Nazi comparisons regarding Democrats

Marjorie Taylor Greene

In February 2022, the Georgia representative referred to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's security police as "gazpacho police," intending to say Gestapo, the Nazi secret police.


Greene also previously tried to connect the Democratic party to Nazism by citing the historical name of the Nazi party, the "National Socialist party".


Scott Perry

In June 2021, the Pennsylvania representative gave a speech where he compared Democrats to Nazis and referred to them as "dangerous traitors" who want to "destroy the country".


Perry argued that differentiating between Democrats was like differentiating between Germans during the Nazi reign.


Donald Trump

During a 2024 campaign rally, Trump referred to the Biden Administration as a "Gestapo administration," referencing the Nazi secret police.

Donald Trump Jr.

In 2018, Donald Trump Jr. tweeted that the Democratic Party's platform was similar to that of the Nazis.

We call the Nazis that expose themselves daily, "Nazis". Can't you get anything right?

JD, while you're at it, why don't you clue Donald Trump into the fact that you can't lower the price of anything 400 - 600 - 1500%. He 's still saying it and it's embarrassing.
