Trump made an unhinged, insulting, shocking, and over-long speech at the U.N. yesterday and what the media is focusing on is his "change of tone" or "change of direction" on the Ukraine war.
While that statement would be important to consider from any other U.S. president, coming from Trump it means almost nothing. The media haven't learned yet that Trump runs his mouth and that nothing he says should be taken as proof of anything until he actually gets his lackeys to enact his intent.
Enough already, MSM. You have had since 2015 to learn how to report on this fucknut.

(34,173 posts)Its like the Epstein investigation and story, even if a video is found and release today of the piece of shit doing the worst unimaginable things, which we know he did along with Epstein, it would change absolutely nothing.
Absolutely nothing, this moron, this criminal controls everything. The Congress, most courts including the one that matters the most, the Supreme Court. Department of Justice, FBI no longer exists, it is a private enforcement agency for him to destroy his enemies.
No charges will ever be brought against him or anyone he doesnt want charges brought against, Tom Homan example. If a Democratic appointment was on video receiving a bribe like he was, fired immediately, media talks about nothing else for 24 hours a day for a month, indicted etc. But its a Republican so nothing at all will happen.
And it all goes back to two simple things, James Comey doing the worst thing a human being can do, and a certain group NOT ON THE RIGHT, who would not stop trashing Hillary, convincing God knows how many people not to vote at all.😡

(4 posts)It began on 12/12/2000 when SCOTUS illegally stopped a state vote recount and handed the presidency to W only to have the media say: "Let's just move on."
I accelerates every day with billionaires owning and controlling more and more media outlets. Corporate consolidation is killing what's left of TV news.
Newspapers have faded to fish wrap. Even remaining papers in poor towns "catapult the propaganda."
Overall, it's not what they cover; it's what they consistently ignore or mis-frame.
I spent a career in media. It's a shitshow now.

Sad.
God I hate social media media, cable news and AM radio.
