So the man who everyone knows tells constant lies

is saying we should believe him about Epstein. Even worse is the media presenting the issue like we need a ton of proof as though his denial should be believed unless someone has video or pictures. So they give a known serial liar the benefit of the doubt on this even though there is not even an infinitesimal reason to believe he may be telling the truth when he never has before on any subject.

While people at DOJ and the FBI run interference for him. But once again the big media refuse to call out that for what it is. Instead we get quotes about their denials of covering up and running interference. We know they are and so printing their denials is worthless since we certainly aren't fool enough to expect them to admit to it.

But remember how they covered Bill Clinton? Remember how they went down the rabbit hole for every outlandish accusation about Obama and his birth certificate even while knowing how ridiculous the accusations were? Remember how they had no problem using the word "lie" when talking about Al Gore? Remember the labels used for Hillary Clinton and the incessant recitation of debunked accusations? Remember the treatment of Al Franken?

Remember how the nutjobs on hate radio, lead along by Rush Gasbag as their leader, poured out a constant all day and night long barrage of lies and never had the label "liar" attached to them by the media. Al Franken's book was considered by much of the media to have been too bold in using that label for the right-wing nutjobs.

But oh my how they could carry on and wailing at the top of their lungs that Jimmy Kimmel is a horrible human being tearing apart the fabric of America and promulgating violence with his words. But when the Minnesota killings happened that same media by and large never went back over all the times in the last 20+ years that you had right wingers suggesting violence or physical harm. They never talked about the ones who put out posters that were pictures of Democrats with a shooting range target imposed on them. They never brought up the right wing nuts driving their cars into protestors. So much, much more.

But big Sinclair will now moralize to us and refuse to show Jimmy Kimmel now that he is back. Instead they are going to do some "news" programming. I would have no doubt that Sinclair would be right on brand and find no problem having that "news" lead by some mega-church pastors only a whistleblower away from disgrace. But they say Jimmy Kimmel might have made a mistake by attributing a political leaning for the shooter that hasn't been established. OK but how many other people in media and on TV made statements attributing a left lean for the assassin? More than just a few.

Golly Mr. Peabody somehow those people didn't get the same treatment as Jimmy Kimmel. Mr. Peabody is that what the grownups mean by the word hypocrisy?
