From what I have heard, he had a falling-out with several family members, who don't agree with his beliefs. I have no idea whether the differences lie to the left or right, just that there's allegedly some kind of big rift between them.

--well, I'm guessing she was thrilled... i.e., thrilled over all her newly found "resultant" opportunities... Maybe that is too cruel, but I've seen the male viewers/pundits (even on the left) take in her tearful religiosity and forgiveness bit at the rally (it certainly was NOT a memorial), but I (and most women I know) did not take it as sincere. Maybe it is just conflicted feelings. Who knows?

she'll be financially secure forever. I hope donors don't believe every dollar they give goes to the deceased Kirk's tour of hate and christian nationalism. She's been well-schooled in the ways of the pseudo-christian "prosperity gospel.""

I copied text from a captioned pic. Haven't found the original, but it's enough to prompt further research.

She was Miss Arizona 2012 for Trump's Miss USA pageant. Her mom worked for the Dept of Homeland Security and has ties to the Dept of Defense. She was a millionaire before marrying Kirk, and now has amassed his fortune and media empire. ...Fans are encouraging her to run for VP in 2028.

She allegedly operated a ministry in Romania that was accused by local residents of "relocating" children internationally under the pretense of orphan or mission work.

I'm trying to get it out of my head that Trump was fond of watching "his" pageant contestants in the changing room.

She got mad a second time when I asked, if it was so bad for our daughters to go to war, why it was great for our sons. And another time, at a different event, if the males and females in her house used separate bathrooms.

There are still days I regret not running her over when I had the chance.

Many people have "unconventional marriages", so to speak.

But isn't that the point? This was a guy (his wife included) whose whole life was about attacking people who have relationships that didn't measure up to his definition of "normal ".

I was quite impressed with her acting ability. I mean, like her or her husband or not, she has to be under enormous pressure. If she did manage to blow through those millions she would easily be able to get work in the daytime soap operas.

From what i understand, trump tried to get Kirk to let the Epstein thing go. But Kirk went right back to calling for ALL the files to be released.
Kirk was becoming troublesome. Now, he's a handy martyr.
We still don't know much about the guy who supposedly shot him, do we? I mean, except for those VERY suspicious messages between him and his 'trans-lover'. I mean, do we have any REAL (as in, NOT fabricated!) evidence of his motives?

I was at a AOG service a while back. No hymns, no sermon, no scripture - just right wing political rants. Once in a while some one would leap to their feet and yell "praise Jesus!" It was a fascist rally masquerading as a church service.
