Yes.

Supremes' "Immunity" only applies to criminal. This would be civil.

Possibly added punitive damages. (Punitive damages are monetary awards in civil cases that are intended to punish a defendant for extreme, malicious, or reckless misconduct and to deter similar future actions by that defendant and others. Unlike compensatory damages, which aim to reimburse the plaintiff for their losses, punitive damages go beyond compensation to penalize egregious behavior, often involving oppression, fraud, or malice.)
