Kimmel's Return - How will they address it?

Will Jimmy go whole hog on these assholes and let them have it?
Or will he have a more measured, highly sarcastic way of addressing it to the point that "they" will not only not get it, but will see it as yet another attack on their snowflakey feelings?

As it is on his terms, I’d be happy either way. I hope he wouldn’t accept a censored return.

Yes they were forced to put Jimmy back on. But they are still saying that his comments were "ill-timed and insensitive." Fuck ABC.

He has nothing to lose. Fire him? He won't care, was planning on leaving anyway. The real question is, who replaces him. Colbert is about to be on the market and late night shows ratings are in the toilet. Everyone watches now via streaming, those are the real numbers. Hence why Disney took a step back and realized they fucked up. Even Leno, who developed a feud with Kimmel said he should still be on the air, is talented and he still watches him.
