How many will watch?
Boycott ESPN & ABC by not watching any of the football games broadcasted, including Monday Night 🏈!

(111,464 posts)Even if people (like me) are cancelling, they will still likely have a few days or so of prepaid access. So, look at cancellation numbers and, less so, streaming numbers to access impact.

(123,219 posts)It's a rivalry non-conference game that Texas Lutheran won in overtime 17-10 last year and it was also the final game of the season for Southwestern, so they will have revenge will be on their minds. The game is in Georgetown this year which will also make a difference.
Other than the Jimmy Kimmel show and ABC News content that I post online at DU, the only thing that I watch on ABC is the occasional sports event so it won't be difficult to alter my viewing patterns.

(193,217 posts)There are only 3 games between ranked teams
22 Auburn at 11 Oklahoma 3:30 ABC
9 Illinois at 19 Indiana 7:30 NBC not exactly big traditional powers
#17 Texas Tech 10 at #16 Utah 3rd quarter now in Fox
Unranked Florida at #4 Miami 7:30 ABC. Big rivalry but probably a blow out.
