The problem with my theory was the idea that TSF would ever walk his bloated @$$ anywhere. (To be fair, that must be difficult with the entire Disney board of directors' heads stuffed up there.)

Instead, let's picture a golf cart going the wrong way in a roundabout...

We can keep the head-on collision with the red double-decker bus (or substitute a black cab, driven by a certain Slovenian immigrant, if you wish.. Visibility can't be that good in that hat she had on, so maybe it took her a couple tries around the roundabout to hit her target.)
