All of the programs that made this decrease possible where instituted under Biden, but are just now showing results, which is normal for any program...it takes a while for it to bear fruit.

But Trump will thump his chest, and say it was all because of his deportation programs, etc. And the worse part is the damn press will let him get away with it.
