(12,015 posts)Maybe, 25 yrs ago when I was buying baseball team supplies
Costco near me, clear over other end of the valley
I can get walmart cold rotisserie chicken before 10am, for under $3
I have 2 in the freezer
We're 3 old ladies, I'm not driving across the valley, for no parking, have you seen Costco parking lots? 😂

(127,606 posts)that Costco has some great values.
By the way, do you check the dates on your before-10am-cold walmart chicken ? I am guessing they are from the previous day? The one and only time I bought one of those hot at walmart, put out barely 10 minutes prior, it was overcooked and tough.
I guess my friends and I are lucky, as we never have trouble findiing a convenient parking space.

(127,606 posts)to eight servings, including soup. My kitty loves their chicken. I also like their 1.50 hot dog lunch. .decent dog, and a drink (refill once).
On Thursdays, my local King Soopers has rotisserie chickens for $5 (which includes a free 6-pack of pepsi minis). I picked one up a couple of months ago when I was in a hurry. Was seriously disappointed. .overcooked, without flavour, and there did not seem to be much meat there. I looked at the package (2 lbs), and then looked at the package at Costco next time I was there. 3 lbs. Big difference in so many ways.
