Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia was sent to prison without due process, period!

It's not about deportation. It's not a question of whether he was a gang member. It's not about whether his wife called the police on him once.

It's about the fact that he, along with many others, was sentenced to prison without his right of due process. That is how simple this whole case is.

People get deported all the time, but they don't get sentenced to prison.

Why is this simple factual message not getting through?

And that he’s “cracking down on immigration”, completely ignoring the fact that he’s sending them to prison and we are paying for it and it is totally against our principals. I don’t know if Donald is really that dumb or if he just plays one on TV

After he stumbles through some none- answer, he then needs to be asked what he's going to do about it now that he has been made aware that people were sent to prison without due process.
