Krasnov you are screwing with my grand daughters. This is personal.

Their dad aka my son has a job to supply certain businesses with electronic components
and systems and a huge % of those parts come from China. With tariffs prices are up and
some of his customers can’t buy what they used to and so his paychecks are smaller.

Krasnov is a fucking nightmare who was installed after a dirty election and he is burning
America to the ground for Putin.

And it will start to affect his supporters which is what is needed for change. I have not yet been personally affected yet but even if I am not affected I will continue to support the Democratic Party. I have never and will never vote Republican.

All of my children got out of College debt free but I still supported Biden’s efforts to cancel the debt of those less fortunate graduates that are saddled with debt. Voting Democratic for me has never been about how it personally affects me, but about what kind of country I want to live in.

What do you think will cause this storm to dissipate? This disaster to return to normality.

I feel the rot that has been installed in our various systems is far-reaching.

The major corporations have generally bowed their knees in fealty.
The congress has been rendered impotent.
The legal system is either in his camp (the majority of the SCOTUS) or ignored. And he'll ignore SCOTUS also.
The US military has had its leadership lopped and various toadies installed as commissars (political watch-DOGS)
Major US "news" outlets have been threatened and many have made multi-million $ payments (going where?)
Eventually most "news" will be dictated from a central bureau of truthiness - and most Americans will keep their heads down and nod when prompted.

I try to be optimistic for my 5 granddaughters but mainly I encourage them to find opportunities elsewhere.

In other words, get outta Dodge, no future for women here in magaland. I think they get it, but still don't see the danger.

That worries me.

And another one reading “Now do you regret voting for Biden in 2000?”

I did not see the driver and I waited for a minute out of curiosity wanting to see what he looked like (I just know it’s a ‘he’’.)

I left however because I realized that I had nothing but ill will and a foul mouth that would only breed the virus that ate his brain.

"Giving it 6 months" in the hopes that people will "wake up" while a authoritarian regime is consolidating power is really dangerous.

MAGA supporters ever having any regrets? Read what William Shirer discovered when interviewing everyday Germans after WWII. Every German city lay in ruins and millions had been killed.

"There was so much that was true that did not make sense: the monumental apathy of the German people and their deep regret, not that they had started the war, but merely that they had lost it; their whining complaints at the lack of food and fuel and their total lack of sympathy or even interest in the worse plight of the occupied peoples, for which they bore so much responsibility; their boredom at the very mention of the Nuremberg trial, which they were convinced was only an Allied propaganda stunt; their striking unreadiness for, or interest in, democracy, which we, with typical Anglo-Saxon fervor and blindness, were trying to shove down their throats."

― William L. Shirer, End of a Berlin Diary

Their deep regret, not that they had started the war, but merely that they had lost it. Let that sink in.

It is important to say for the few who are ready for it and who can handle it.

In my little town outside of Düsseldorf, once it was clear the Third Reich's National Socialists were really done and not coming back, some things happened that I have never seen in US history books (it's true that the victors write the history books). The townspeople knew that the NS regime had killed many, and buried them in makeshift cemeteries outside of town. When the Allies were in charge, the townspeople forced the former NS rulers to go where they had buried their victims, dig them up, and carry the remains to one of the town cemeteries for proper burial. The town HQ of the Geheime Staatspolizei (GeStaPo) was later transformed into the Anne Frank Elementary School, where both of my daughters went.

At Allied insistence (and oversight), at least the West did confront their Nazi past, and eventually became the mostly pacifist nation that the Federal Republic is now. The socialist east stayed true to the control freak principles that charcterized the regime that went before it, and conveniently just said, "we're all good socialists now--no need for denazification, no more Nazis here, they are all in the West." Socialists or national socialists, the German control freaks were a nasty, feared regime while they ran things. But the repressed Nazi sentiments in the east that the socialists "solved" by declaring they were no longer there, resurfaced with a vengeance, giving rise to the neo-Nazi AfD (JD's good buddies, as his recent visit to Munich showed), whose greatest support is-surprise!-in the east, where the socialist regime (SED) had "miraculously gotten rid of them." The SED regime even kept the old Third Reich military uniforms, only replacing the helmets with upside-down salad bowls, so as to be able to say, "no we aren't!"

Give it 2 months and they may have taken over so much unchecked power there is no way to remove them.

And give it -2 months and they will have destroyed a significant portion of the things that made the USA the USA.

The USA will never again, in my lifetime at least, be as powerful as it was the day before trump took office the second time. Not even if he was impeached today, he imediately admitted that Elon and Theil illegally rigged the election for him, and republicans immediately turned over control of all three branches and the media.

such a malignant narcissist (several personality disorders), so emotionally stunted, that he is fine with that. If he thinks he's going to lose he won't hesitate to take everyone else with him. He's doing badly. He's demented, can't remember shit.

I think we're headed for a greater depression. I hope I'm wrong.

I've been watching Mary Trump's videos. She explains him and takes him down with a lot of flair.

Until what the orange menace does affects enough people the nonpolitcal intentionally ignorant population won't rise up and fight and when they finally do he'll try to call it an insurrection so he can use the military to enforce his rule. This has been planned all along. It's been done before elsewhere. Failure to study history has consequences.

We just have to get our act together, organize, protect each other, and not obey/resist all unlawful orders.
There are at least 100M of us. If just 10% (10M) of us got out each weekend and peacefully protested, the press would have to cover it, the politicians would have to take note, the other 50M apathetic citizens would wake up, and the MAGA minority would be sent back to their basements. We simply have to get people on the streets, and end the fascist nightmare.
