Fired National Security Adviser Mike Waltz cant help but leak his Signal chats.
Waltz, whose downfall was precipitated by Signalgate in March, was photographed on the messaging application again on Wednesday during his final meeting as a member of President Donald Trumps cabinet.
Waltz, 51, did not bother to keep his screen hidden.
A zoomed-in look at Waltzs phone shows he was texting Vice President JD Vance and had a voice call with Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard. In other Signal chats, the last names of Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Envoy Steve Witkoff can be seen.

The VP, the Secretary of State - all knowingly participated in communicating on a public platform.
So unbelievably corrupt. And compare to how Hillary Clinton was treated when she created a secure server!
Vomit inducing.

(60,219 posts)When all the messages were carefully examined and put out by the state department in tranches, there were a small number that were identified as having a low level classification and were there by mistake and some unclassified at the time, but as seen in 2015/2016 as needing some classification.
Given the work Clinton did, this means that she obviously DID use the special secure methods available to transmit classified material with only a very small number of lapses.
In retrospect, her biggest mistake was not lax security practices, but not insuring that the government had all messages archived as they should have been. If she, on her own initiative handed over all government emails on her server soon after leaving office so the State Department could archive it, there would not have been monthly releases of her emails.
However, as the first SoS to make very significant use of email, there were no standards or procedures to follow.
