Should I report this to some agency?

Assuming there are any staff members left at whatever the appropriate agency is?

I received a letter in snail mail today with no return address other than "Home Warranty Department." In bold at the top of the letter (and showing through the address window of the envelope) was FINAL NOTICE.

Buried in among "IMMEDIATELY" AND "FINAL ATTEMPT" and "EXTREMELY URGENT & TIME SENSITIVE" were these paragraphs.

"This is to inform you that the property's home warranty, at , secured by CAMBRIDGE SVGS BK, may be expiring or may have already expired.

Our records indicate that you HAVE NOT CONTACTED us yet to get your Home Warranty up to date."

Language at the bottom suggests they may be trying to sell A/C equipment or fridge or furnace.

I don't know what a home warranty is. We have no home mortgage, with Cambridge Savings or any other bank.

This may not be technical fraud, but it sure is moral fraud. Can I take some sort of action?

The Auto Warranty scam. My Robo Killer gets most of em. But if I am expecting a call from medical of someone I do not usually get, if I answer a number I don’t recognize, and it’s Car Warranty I play their game. Really nicely and showing interest in renewing I tell em I only drive about 100 miles per week unless I go to the VA and my car is in great condition. But that I have accumulated 300,000 miles on the 4 year old car due to work before retiring. And that I do not believe in oil changes. It’s a government scam to get you to buy oil. Never changed it and it runs great.
Now, I also say there is discarded fetal material in that oil to enhance lubrication and that I am a prolife republican that loves Trump and JFK Jr for protecting us from scammers and grifters.
They usually hang up, but I waste their time, then add the number to Robo killer Block file.
My biggest fear are those Home Title thieves that take you home and use the Full appraised Value to bankrupt you, I assume the full title.
Those people need shot in the eye socket.
That’s the shit congress need to go after instead of writing laws to ban cat litter in class rooms.

Even better, the ones offering me $200 for my home and property.
They are SO FRICKIN SMART to include their email address.

And they get what they deserve.
From as many spammers as I can sign them up for.
Enjoy the recipes and porn, morons!

We get stuff like that and that one all the time. I just throw them out. Unfortunately the only way to stop all the scam and junk/advertising mail is to get a post office box and I can't go to the PO everyday to pick up mail.
