I Have A Question That Someone Should Ask Krasnov

Krasnov has said that his economic plan will involve some "short term pain." He was speaking to the poor and working class, which leads me to my question, why are billionaires exempted from experiencing a little bit of short term pain? Or does Krasnov consider billionaires will experience short term pain because they have wait until the 4th of July for Congress to give them 4.7 trillion dollars. I hope they can make it that long.
