Impeachment has become a new topic of discussion.

In the numerous protests across the nation, we are beginning to see more and more signs calling for impeachment. They want him out of office immediately. They see a dangerous dictator and they want him gone.

A Democratic Congressperson has actually filed articles of impeachment. But it has not garnered a lot of attention. It seems the Democratic Party has been bitten twice by the impeachment "trap" and are fearful to try it again? In my opinion, that is a big mistake.

How else do they most effectively communicate the danger facing America. If Trump is so dangerous, why not ask for his removal? Why continue to go along? It must not be as bad as people say? But it is much worse.

First of all, in my opinion, Democrats should be more aggressive is asking for Republicans to fix this threat against our nation. The only way to do that is to remove Donald Trump from office. Democrats could start by asking that Donald Trump step down, that he immediately resign from office. No one would actually expect that to happen. However, it would set the table for the time that it might be possible?

In reality, he should be impeached. He should be prosecuted for his crimes. But the Republican establishment has protected him from his criminal acts from the beginning, most especially, the Supreme Court . They are accessories to the crimes. There is no doubt about it.

But we must fight with what we have. We should not fear talking about impeachment. It is needed and should be a topic of discussion. We should not run from the issue.

We have the resources and incredibly smart and learned constitutional scholars, and we must include communicating these unlawful acts to the public.

Have we been snakebitten and feel that it would just be a wasted effort?

Personally, I think it would do more good to talk about it than to actually do it, since we can assume that he would never be convicted by this Republican Senate. Why is that?

Because, to talk about it, puts the subject into the listeners minds. They must filter it, in or out? Do they think it has merit or not? That is a subject worth talking about, in my opinion.

Dems, being high enough status that they are publicly interviewed, state that impeachment is "off the table." They both felt that it would fail, and so not worth trying for.

Yet, rumpy should be impeached for the unlawful deportations, and subsequent refusal to return the deported people, for arresting a judge without a warrant, for threatening law firms into submission, and for adding tariffs without Congressional approval, etc., etc., etc. Maybe we could impeach him for falling asleep at the Pope's funeral. Impeach him for inflicting Elon and Bob on us.

I think he should have articles of impeachment filed every week. Just get a committee together and do it. All day, every day. What is this nonsense about standing aside just because it will be hard? Impeachment isn't a criminal thing. It's just removing him from office for incompetence. We can deal with Vance.

But, no...I don't want to violate the TOS here, but Dems need a new approach. Schumer said they were waiting until his polls fall below 40. Well, we are here. Are we going to try for 35%?
