It's just not politically correct or even funny.... I prefer to honor the great Pope Francis as he was a man for peace, feed the starving...a true humanitarian....

Maybe it belonged more in the Lounge....

After a reporter asked Trump who he thought should follow Pope Francis as the next pope, the non-Catholic president offered a response that was entirely in character.

“I’d like to be pope,” Trump joked. “That’d be my No. 1 choice.”

I wholeheartedly agree that Pope Francis was indeed a Pope of the people and a true humanitarian. All disrespect is aimed at TSF. I updated the OP title.

people stop being so easily offended - it has nothing to do with Pope Francis and everything to do with Trump's stupid ambition. Francis would probably have laughed because he knew exactly what Trump was about.
