The cameras stay on Trump while the video of CECOT is shown to his MAGA base. The presentation starts at about 20:54 in the video and concludes at about 24:02. The crowd then chants "USA! USA!" until about 24:14 -- so for around 12 seconds.

That twelve-second-long segment of celebratory chanting is a contemptible display of the sadistic depths of false patriotism that Trump evokes and has marshaled to satisfy his need for self-aggrandizement.
