Wisconsin Supreme Court suspends Milwaukee judge amid federal charges

Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan is suspended by the state Supreme Court following federal felony and misdemeanor charges.

(here on DU) I think that arresting people at the courthouse is a totally sh*t move.
However, balanced by the fact that nobody has (to date) prohibited them from such action. (or specifically made it illegal) And (if memory serves) this is not the only occasion - or agency? - that has engaged in such tactics?

And then - the yet unresolved question - did the actions taken by the judge constitute a breaking of the law? Which you would probably grant as not a great look for a person on the bench? And (apparently) a point of view that higher court officials found persuasive.
